session shapes

my approach to session work is to share skills and tools with my clients in a way that creates a sustainable and autonomous relationship with the work we are doing together. i am not the kind of practitioner where we will set up weekly therapy meetings meet indefinitely, but i am the kind of practitioner who wants to actively be part of your journey with you and support you in taking the next steps to heal + be deeper in your purpose. session work is about relationship, & i seek to sustain relationships with clients that travel into the future in whatever shape supports us mutually.

this means that some of my clients book sessions when they have a particular situation or issue arising that they need support tending to, and others who want to be in a deep relationship with their healing journey prefer to meet weekly or monthly.

inner landscape work lends itself to weekly work, while also creating the space for other kinds of work needed to present itself in sessions. i often work with clients on a weekly basis doing clearings, allowing the body to begin to trust in the presence of that weekly container and begin to show us what is needed and what is ready to be released. in this kind of weekly work child self tending, energetic hygiene practices, grounding, cord cutting, & energy body restructuring are all skills my clients become proficient in & create a new baseline with in their lives.

weekly sessions often lend themselves to stumbling upon sites of soul loss, ancestral patterns, and deeper patterns of dysfunction that it can take time to unravel.

if you’re curious about establishing a relationship with me, please feel free to reach out with your questions + curiosities.
